1. Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • All tags and protective coverings must remain intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable unless defective:

  • CV Boot Guards (once installed)
  • Cab Enclosures, Covers, and Doors (if packaging is opened)
  • All tires (unless unopened in original packaging)

2. Return Process

Follow these steps to return your off-road gear:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
  3. Package Your Items: Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship Back: Include the return authorization form we provide and ship to:

3. Exchange Process

Need a different size or product? Exchanges follow the same process as returns:

  1. Request an exchange via email
  2. Return the original item as described above
  3. Once received, we’ll process your exchange (shipping charges may apply)

4. Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • For PayPal payments: refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until the refund is processed

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

8. International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:
