Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions) to get your off-road essentials where they need to go:
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: International shipments may be subject to customs delays and additional fees which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our products with the same rugged reliability you expect on the trail. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Policy
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, these products cannot be returned unless defective:
- CV Boot Guards (once installed)
- Cab Enclosures, Covers, and Doors (if packaging is opened)
- All tires (unless unopened in original packaging)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package Your Items: Once approved, securely pack items in original packaging
- Ship Back: Include the return authorization form and ship to: Tire Wheel Shop Returns

Exchange Process
Need a different size or product? Follow the same process as returns:
- Request an exchange via email
- Return the original item as described above
- Once received, we’ll process your exchange (shipping charges may apply)
Refund Information
- Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- For PayPal payments: refunds may take 3-5 additional days to appear in your account
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the refund is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Processing may take additional time due to international shipping
